Ingredients for waffle dough:

3eggs
250 gflour
1 tspbaking powder
175 mlmilk

Ingredients for vanilla cream cheese:

250 glowfat quark
150 gsour cream
200 gcream cheese
4 tbsppowdered sugar
3 tspvanilla sugar

Ingredients for chocolate sauce:

150 mlwater
100 gsugar
100 gcacao powder
In addition:
caramalised banana slices
maple syrup
pecan nuts

Preparation

Working time: approx. 40 Minuten    Baking time: approx. 10-15 Minuten


Preparing the waffle dough:
Beat the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy. Slowly add eggs. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and stir into mixture, alternating with milk. Allow the waffle dough to settle for about 20 min. and then pour it into greased waffle tray. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat (180° C convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Preparing the vanilla cream cheese:
Mix cream cheese with all the other ingredients until it‘s a smooth cream.

Preparing the chocolate sauce:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and allow to boil down.

Finishing:
Cover half the waffles with the caramelised banana slices and cover with vanilla cream cheese. Drizzle with chocolate sauce over it and cover with the remaining waffles. Decorate the waffles with some maple syrup and chopped pecan nuts and enjoy.
